

DOWN 29 POUNDSWell I am well on my way as you can see =))! It is pretty easy, I was really hungry though the first week. I figured I went from around 4000 calories to 1700 and I sure could tell! Now I feel like I am adjusting. I walk every night and that sure is a change from what I was doing for exercise...
NOTHING!!! I do believe I am in for the long hall. I can tell some difference. When you have a lot to loose you need to loose a lot to really tell! Well I will be checking back in next month!
